Although the Pride Week is over, the temperatures in Israel remain throughout hot and the weather constant. Now is the best time to go out, stay outside all the night long and of course, attend numerous festivals!
To get into the flow, start with the International Yoga Day on 21th of June at Tel Aviv’s Port. The festival features free yoga classes with teachers from Israel and all over the globe, musical and Indian dance shows and meditation workshops. All ages and levels are welcome to join the yoga festival and finish their spiritual practice admiring the stunning sunset over the sea.
Next, indulge your ears with the jazz festival in the best traditions of New Orlean. The performances take place on different locations in Tel Aviv from 21st until 23rd of June and present bands both from Europe and America as well as local bands. Special event on Saturday – Fantine The Queen of Gypsies on stage for the littlest audience.
Also, child friendly is the next Festival of Lights in the Old City of Jerusalem occurring on the dates between 27th of June and 5th of July. The city builds different light-flooded stations which you can see on an interactive map on lightinjerusalem.org.il. Some of the stations have an educational character, but others are just a pleasure to observe.

Though the High Light of the June will be the festival of the White Night, Laila Lavan in Hebrew when the entire city stays awake until the dawn. On 28th all shops and restaurants and some of the museums remain open all night long welcoming visitors and guests of the city. And, of course, the parties and beer don’t stop to run the entire Laila Lavan.
